Hello,
So I have opted in on the free 90 day try-out with the hosting and am not having the success I thought I would have.
I have two projects uploaded. The first one I uploaded when finished displayed the working tour with this URL: https://vtour.cloud/dze3jg/5v8k4q5k/vto ... 3068552258
When I uploaded the second tour, there was no "tour showing to be reviewed" like the first one so no URL to share.
But the crazy aspect is when I click on the "actions tab" to share or interact with the tours I have uploaded to the cloud, I get a 404 - tour not found message.
So is it me?
Any suggestions would be awesome as I'm hoping to share this with my client tomorrow.
Best,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Saw your e-mail hit support last night so will look into it.
Does the project open locally ok?
Can you zip up your compleat project, all assets so we can create the output in the office.
Not having any issues reported so could be a bad file, odd file path, something tripping it up.

Hi Jeff,
We found the issue, it's the naming convention of the HTML page.
To keep the links and QR Code short and look good we assume the file name, index.html.
You use vtour.html, so shows the 404 as we are looking for index.html
We have added this to our to-do list.
But if using the default file name it will be OK.
