Panoramas are black when viewing on Samsung S22 Ultra (SM-S908B) / Chrome 108.0.5359.128 / Android 13 / Build TP1A.220624.014
Skin elements display correctly and audio works fine, but the panorama itself remains black.
Same issue occurs with FireFox on the same device, see tested devices below. Is it an Android 13 issue? Works fine on desktop and iOS as far as I've tested up to now.

When remote debugging with Chrome Dev Tools, there are no network errors and all images and tiles are loaded correctly (checked in Network with Preview). Console log attached.
I've tried with a custom skin and with the default venis skin, same result.

Black panoramas:
- Samsung S22 Ultra, Chrome 108.0.5359.128 on Android 13
- Samsung S22 Ultra, FireFox 108.1.1 on Android 13
Works fine:
- Google Pixel 2 XL, Chrome 108.0.5359.128 on Android 11
- Google Pixel 3 XL, Chrome 108.0.5359.128 on Android 12
- TCL 20 SE, Chrome 106.0.5249.126 on Android 12

Any idea how to fix this?

Same here. Hopki adviced me to ask in the Facebook-group, if there is a solution.

Did some more debugging: it only happens if the panorama contains one or more Polygonal Hotspots.

I hope this means the polygons for VR get a good look at, and will also start appearing and working in VR output, that would be excellent. Right now i need to adapt a lot to the projects for the missing polygons in VR.

Hi Ruud,
Have you used an actual S22 and not just with the Samsung Dev tools?
However, we have added this to the bug tracker.

Yes, I'm using an actual Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and encountered the issue then. I've debugged this using the Chrome Dev Tools Remote Debugger.
Then I've used the Samsung Remote Test Lab to confirm the issue with other S22 Ultras.

Were any of the polygon hotspots three sided only? I believe this is an issue in general, and has strange side effects in VR.
