HI !
I have the problem that the preview window just disappears.
However, when I hover over the Skin Editor window in the task bar, I see a window with the name "Progress 0%"
Does anyone know this problem and how to solve it?
THX

Hi flatschart,
Have you got a second monitor?
What this looks like is the preview screen is off-screen.
In Windows, you can set which side of the main screen the external screen will be, for example, your main screen may be on the left so the second screen would be to the right. But try settings it to the left of the main screen, do you see the skin preview? Also, try the above and below screen settings.
If you can not see it then what you can do is do a clean install which would reset all the screen parameters in the registry.
Let us know if this did not work and we can post the reg cleaner for a clean install.

Hello!
Yes I use 2 monitors.
I deactivated the 2nd monitor in Windows.
So that everything is displayed on my main monitor.
Unfortunately, I still can't see the preview window.

Hi,
Did you try using your second monitor in different positions?
As said you can set your second monitor to be left, or right of the main monitor as well as above and below.
What you can also do is a clean install.
To do this first backup any skins you may have in the skins folder.
Then:
1) uninstall Pano2VR
2) run the attached reg cleaner
Restart your computer to stop any hidden running processes.
3) download a new build from our website for your license key and install
4) check everything is working then use your license to activate Pano2VR.
