Hi Sven,
There is no size limit we have set so, so down to your phone memory.
With a large package, there will be a wait for it to decompress, so there will be a time before you see anything happing once you select the package in the Package Viewer app.

Testing on an Android phone, Google Pixel 6a with a 3.46GB package.
Using a MacBook Pro connected by a USB C cable and File Transfer app.
Created a folder in the Phone called GGPKG.
Then transferred the package to this folder.
Open the Garden Gnome Mobile Package Viewer and added the package.
This did take a few seconds before anything appeared to do anything, but then after the wait, you see the loading.
It opens OK once loaded.
And just because I could, also tested with an 8.69GB package, also working ok.
BTW, iOS has a limit of 4GB.

When you say it's not working, what are you seeing?
