iPhone play button problem

We added some patched videos to our panorama tour. Till yesterday everything was working well. Today some iPhone users especially 13pro users started to see play buttons on patched videos and videos are not playing even though autoplay is enabled and loop is set to 1. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Windows, Android, and Iphone11 users do not see these play buttons.

We found the problem. This happens when iPhone is in battery save mode. We disabled the battery save mod for these users and the problem was fixed

Which version of Pano2VR are you using?

Hello Hopki,

Panorama is ok. The problem was the user's phone settings. They enabled battery save mode. When battery save mode is active in IOS, the operating system disables the autoplay video feature.

We disabled battery save mode for these users and problem solved.

Our version is Pano2VR 7.

Yeah. Glad you traced the issue to its source.

Could this be the same for other mobile cell phone operating systems ?
