tool tip on images

Hi there,
Would it be possible to add a "title" property to image elements? This would allow the easy introduction of tooltips, which would be especially helpful for the control panels ( full-screen, exit full-screen etc). CSS could also be used to easily style the tooltips, making this very flexible. The "title" could also be part of the translations.
