Hi,

Can I please get some guidance on how to set the min & max Fov on v7? When I press the 'set' button, the gui completely ignores the number I've entered and changes to a different one. I've obviously misunderstood how the gui works here.

Many thanks
Marc

Hi Marc,
This sounds a bit odd.
Can you describe how you are setting the FoV and where you are viewing the panorama, for example in the viewer or in the output?

Hi Hopki,

I've added a few images to help describe the issue. I highlight the node and, in the 'Viewing Parameters' tab, the details underneath the 'Field of View (Zoom)' accordion are changed.

E.g.
fov-min-before.jpg - typed in 60 into the Min field
fov-min-after.jpg - view immediately after pressing 'set'. Value jumped to 113.15

fov-max-before.jpg - used up arrow to select 80
fov-max-after.jpg - view immediately after pressing 'set'. Value jumped to 15.51

I get different values, depending on the value I 'set'.

btw. the default view fov for this node = 113.15 . There is only one node in this project.

Many thanks
Marc

Through the GUI, I could not set the min / max Fov to anything sensible, making the tour unusable. However, I was delighted to see the *.p2vr file is XML, so I was able to make the necessary fov changes there, which the GUI used on it's re-start.

So I now have a temporary workaround.
