Patches not opening in Photoshop?

Suddenly, patches no longer open automatically in PhotoShop when I choose "extract". The .psd file is created in the "patches" folder, but I've got to go into the folder and open the file manually. I do still have "open patch in external editor" checked in my preferences.

Any ideas how to fix this...?

Patches don't open in Photoshop for either version of Pano2vr I have - neither the most recent beta or version 6.1.14. And I do have the correct option checked.

Would it be something on Photoshop's end?

OK, weird, but now it works.
