Hello!
Is it possible to link a website and not open it in a new window or tab (not even in the same one) but in a pop-up window? Similar to what you do with videos or pictures.
I just don't want that when you look at the link you then have to go back (especially on mobile) via switching a tab or window. Some users are overwhelmed with that.
Thank you very much for any suggestions.
Link to URL in a pup-up window?

Hi DeeJay58,
This can already be done, open the skin configuration by using the Skin configuration button (1), and then selecting open URL in an iframe (2).
You also get this with the web component.

Hi, me again...!
I have now managed to get it to work reasonably the way I wanted. However, with some difficulties.
The most important thing:
It now works with the pop-up on the computer.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work on the mobile phone. I have no idea why, because it does work with videos on the mobile phone. But not with the URL. A new window always opens.
Do you have any ideas for me about what I might have done wrong?
Thank you very much!

Hi,
Please see: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=15957
This is how to make the web component work with polygons if you still need it.
It opens a new window by design on mobiles.
This is because people were using it to open PDF's and iOS does not allow scrolling in an iframe.
However have a look at the action filters, you will see the Has Touch filter.
See if you can work it out, you should be able to set it so it only uses the iframe.
