Hello Pano2VR users,

I am wondering about my city's website, Burnaby.ca it will not resolve in the pop-up window of the screen. Are you aware of any domains that will restrict this type of use?
Or is there a possible issue with the Pano2VR platform? Some type of glitch?

I also noticed that Googles SERP links do not resolve either.

This is what I typed in the Properties - Point Hotspot slots.

I tried it in local output and I uploaded it to my server, both gave the error "Burnaby.ca refused to connect"

All of my other URL hotspots work as they should.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Metro,
It is down to the domain if it allows the website to be embedded in an iframe or not.
In this case, you may need to open a new window.

Happy New Year Hopki,

I finally managed to get through to the IT dept. They said they moved their whole website to a platform called Cloudflare. It is new to them and my issue was interesting to the tech I was talking to.
She asked me to send her the embed code so she can interpret it.

Can you tell me where I can find this code please? It is as above in the images I posted.

Thank you Hopki!

Happy new year!

The iframe you are using is found in the skin/web component.

Code: Select all

<iframe src="$(hu)" width="100%" height="100%" allowfullscreen="true" mozallowfullscreen="true" webkitallowfullscreen="true" frameborder= "0" ></iframe>
You would replace the placeholder $(hu) with the URL you are using:
