Hi everyone.
Let me ask you a question.
This is similar to what I asked you on another thread.

I want to start Microsoft Office such as Excel or Word in the tour (not download).
Do you know any good way?
Thank you and best regards
Excel and Word
I successfully started Excel with one click using something called UriHandler.
(My method seems only applicable to Microsoft.)
I checked all day, and I'm very tired.
But I didn't know how to open a particular Excel book in "output/asset" using that method.
I want the client community to be able to share Excel books only within the tour.
Spreadsheets were very popular, but my client also wanted to use Excel.
Do you have any good ideas?

You can add the file to the Assets in the Output > Advanced panel.
Then you can link to it from a hotspot using assets/<your filename>
For example, if the filename is overview.xlsx, use assets/overview.xlsx as URL in the hotspot.
When clicked, the browser will ask if you want to download the file or open it with a certain program. This is a security feature, it's not possible to open it in Excel without this choice dialog.

Thank you very much for teaching me carefully.
However, this screen always appears.
Output an Excel file to assets.
Set Hotspot, change the type to URL,
I set the link target URL field to assets/(my file name) .xlsx.

This message will appear if you try to load the page with your browser from local files, or when the Pano2VR local web server isn't running.
Due to security issues the local files referenced in the page will not be loaded, because this could allow access to vulnerable files on your system.
This message will not appear when you've uploaded your tour to a real web server.
When running Pano2VR, you can use the the 'Open output' button (monitor with play button image) to test your page, this uses the local running web server from Pano2VR to serve the files instead of direct local file access.
