Hi Jeff,
As a test can you select the normal.ggt that comes with Pano2VR and then select Create files for external embedding.
Do you see the additional files?
If so it will be an issue with your custom ggt.
Also looking at it your template it is for an older version of Pano2VR.

Hi Jeff,
Opens ok in Chrome, but Safari on the Mac is not good,
Can you post a link using the normal.ggt.
Then I can test on the Mac.

Hi Hopki,

Here's another tour with the same issue. I created it using the normal.ggt like you requested.

Thanks!

Hi Jeff,
I have tested both your links, the first and second. Both work on Facebook.
Using this link: https://www.360niche.com/tours/hallowee ... vtour.html
In a Facebook post, you see the fetched preview image.

I get the same with both links.

Hi Hopki,

I'm sorry I wasn't clear with my issue and wasting your time. I'm referring to either the title not showing up in iMessages or the thumbnail. This is a recent error that I have been experiencing and a feature that I use often, especially with clients.

I've attached examples from a screen grab using my iPad.

Thanks!

Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Do you put the title in the Project User Data title text field?

Hi Jeff,
I see a title?

This is a screenshot from my Facebook timeline.
But only when posted, I set Only Me and I see the title.
But do not see it until it's posted.
