Hello,
I have a problem with the following scenario:
1. Published tour with multiple knots
2. Using the tour on a mobile device (several Samsungs (Note 10, Note 10+; mobile Firefox and Chrome) and iPhones) (everything works fine)
3. Turn Gyroscope mode on (everything works fine)
4. Go to another tour knot (everything works fine)
5. Turn Gyroscope off
6. Result: Pano can not be moved my finger gestures anymore
This behaviour is reproducable.
Is this a known issue or does anybody know how to avoid this problem?
Many thanks
Christian Berger

HI Christian,
I am trying to reproduce the issue and can not.
My project has five nodes linked with point hotspots and using the Simplex_v6 skin which has the Gyro button.
Following your instructions, all is working for me.
Can you post a link to the project so I can test it?
Regards,

Hello Hopki,
I uploaded the project to a temporary position:
https://www.uni-flensburg.de/static/tmp/campustour/
Just turn Gyroscope on, go to the next node and turn Gyroscope off again. Than you should not be able to move the panorama anymore.
I'm also using Simplex v6.
Thanks
Christian

Hi Christian,
Can you send in your complete project to support?
If I make a project I can not reproduce it, but clearly, your project has this issue.
We would need all the files necessary to build the project in the office.

Hi Christian,
Thank you for your files, received today.
I will send a modified skin back that will solve the issue.
For those who are following.
The problem is with the transition and effect fly in.
The Gyro will conflict with the fly in when changing nodes with the gyro enabled.
This results in a lockup.
The fix is to disable the fly in transition effect when you enable the gyro and then you can put it back when turning off the gyro.
