Hi,
When I add a patch to a panorama, for example, to open and close a door, then the patch area cannot be swiped on (when on mobile) or cannot be dragged with your mouse to move around the panorama.
When such a door takes up a large part of the screen then this can very much influence the user experience in a negative way. It can be difficult to look around in the panorama in such cases.
Is there something I can do to prevent patches from becoming "dead" areas in a panorama?
Cheers,
Roland

Hi Roland,
The best way to do this is to convert the patch to a pinned image.
Then you use a polygon hotspot to define the active area.
