We have a problem with the component toolbox.
On two Windows PCs everything is working correctly.
On a third Windows PC, Pano2vr does not open the component toolbox.
Since the links for the skin files and the template folders were not correct on this computer, we assume that the links to the components do not work either.
We know how or where to set the path to the skin files. We also know where the components are located on the PC but we don't know how to set a path to the components.
Any ideas?
Regards
Martin

My components folder is located
1. C:\Users\texas\AppData\Roaming\GardenGnomeSoftware
Click this folder
/SkinComponents is 4th folder down
You will find folders for: My list might be different but you get the idea.
/Built-in
/Built-in_Pano2vr6 and
/User Defined
2. to SET these paths
open pano2vr
select /files
Settings
tab FILES
click the [choose] button to set the paths
3. to place a ggskc select and double click the .ggskc it will open a "copy component-- box to let you choose a category "User Defined or a New name of your choice"

Thanks for the answer,
We have checked everything.
The file folders and settings are the same.
We can load skins from the corresponding folder, but unfortunately not components.
If we double click a ggskc file, the component is loaded into the correct file folder, but the component toolbox does not open.
In the settings, only a path to the skins can be entered. Is it possible to set a path to the components somewhere?
Last week we noticed for the first time that we could not load components with this computer. We found the wrong settings and changed them.
Unfortunately without success and also uninstalling and reinstalling Pano2VR did not help.
We would be pleased to receive further ideas

Hi ich,
If the components toolbox is not opening then I would guess you have or had at some point a second monitor attached.
If so can you tell us what your graphics card/driver is?
What is probably the cause is the window is off-screen.
Do you see it in the taskbar, but not on screen?
If so please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the application is selected (choose it in the taskbar or use the ALT-TAB keys to select it).
2. Type and hold down ALT-SPACE, then type M. (IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re working on a remote desktop or cloud, use ALT-DELETE instead of ALT-SPACE.)
3. Your mouse pointer will change to have 4 arrows.
4. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the window back onto your screen.
Please let us know how you get on.

Hi Martin,
Thanks for the update and key combo.
Not really a Windows user so this is all good to know.
