I've migrated to a new mac mini m1 from a 2015 iMac. When I enter the license key, and google api settings they remain in the software unless I close it.

Next time I open it, they are gone.

I have removed license from imac, and even tried to uninstall and re-install the software on the mac mini m1 but I am still having the problem.

Cheers

Hi Rob,
Please try going to your Macs System Preferences => Security & Privacy => Full Disk Access.
Add Pano2VR and select it.
I would restart your Mac then add the license key using Preferences, so not the welcome screen.
See how that works out.

Martin,

Restart and license key via preferences did not hold after sorting out the full disk access, but retrying entering via splash screen and restart has.

Other preferences are holding as well but still have to re-auth google each time.

Much better but not quite 100% yet.

Hi Rob,
The only other customer who had a similar issue was on a Mac and using a shared desktop.
The desktop was in iCloud Drive.
Also, look at any security software, antivirus, Firewall?
