I recently replaced my laptop which is running Windows 10. I also installed Pano2VR6 64bit. I've tried to run a project starting with the index file and get the Loading 0% screen. This includes a new project as well as several from last year.

Any suggestions regarding how to trouble shoot?

You'll need to open the project from within Pano2VR, using the integrated web server, upload the project to a web server, or change your browser settings to allow local file access.

Hi,
You can also use our free desktop Package Viewer to open the output folder, please see: https://ggnome.com/ggpkgviewer/

I am still unsure as to what to try.

The images run in Pano and also when using the Ricoh Theta app.

The images fail to run no matter which browser I use.

They also fail when run locally or on the server we use for online lessons.

The only images that work are the images I used in a Storyline (Articulate) project (from last year).

So, my 2020 Storyline project works (run from the Training server), but older images and the one I am now trying to create do not.

The results are confusing and I am not sure how to isolate.

Hi,
Due to local file restrictions, you can not open the HTML page directly from the output folder.
These restrictions come from the browsers and not Pano2VR.
You can open the output with Pano2VR because it has a built-in web server.

Once the files are uploaded to a web server they are no longer local and will open when you open the link.

As Karyn said if you follow this link: https://ggnome.com/gg_faq/how-come-im-n ... ut-folder/
This shows you how to edit your browser to open the file locally, but of course, only your browser will be able to open them.

Or you can use our desktop package viewer app: https://ggnome.com/ggpkgviewer/
This will also allow you to open the output folder locally.
The same with the Ricoh Theta app.

Your training server is probably a web server and why your files display using it.

Thank you for your response.

I had reviewed and tested the server / local host issues. What I was seeing could not explain why a project from 2020 would work, but my new project would not.

I did find the the output directories were different.

The new directories (web object) did not have the sub directories such as images. List View was also empty.

I am not sure what I did, but I am now getting the sub directories and the project is working on our training server. List View is still empty. My earlier projects have all the elements listed in List View.

I am probably missing a simple step and will keep trying to figure out what I missed.
