Hi,
I had read faq about renew, but with my credential - at now - I don't see my actual license number and other options in personal options.
I have tried to change pw/login but nothing in my mailbox.
Is it possible to know what I have to do to renew to new release?

This would be best answered by support e-mail.
Please send in with the license name and e-mail used when you purchased.
But that said did you purchase from a reseller?
If so then you would not have an account on the website and you would need to contact your reseller for upgrades.
