Hello.

Could someone help me to understand why the floor plans on a desktop computer look good but on mobile devices it doesn't show the drawing of the floor plan ?
Floor plans are PNG files.

Javier

Hi Javier,
This is a known bug and fixed for the next point release.
This only effect Simple Floor Plans.
The workaround until the next release is to go to the output folder, open the image folder then open the maptiles folder.
You will see different size floor plans, as an example: FloorPlan01_1.png and FloorPlan01_2.png.
Copy FloorPlan01_2.png and past renaming it to FloorPlan01_3.png.
This will then display the map.

Hi Hopki.

The tour has 2 floor plans and inside the maptiles folder there are only two files ( FloorPlan01_1 and FloorPlan01_1 )
I have duplicated and renamed them as ( FloorPlan01_2 and FloorPlan2_2 ) but the plan draws are still not visible.

Regards,
Javier

Hi Javier,
Please check again, the folder will have FloorPlan01_1.png and FloorPlan01_2.png
So what you need to do is duplicate FloorPlan01_2.png and rename that to FloorPlan01_3.png
So you end up with:

FloorPlan01_1.png
FloorPlan01_2.png
FloorPlan01_3.png

Or the other way is to install Pano2VR 6.1.10 from our websites download page.
Select Older Versions.

I did what was suggested, so map_1.png -> map_2.png -> map_3.png
But in the log I find now a not found map_3.undefined (with an android system)

PS also a map_4.undefined

This is the VT https://www.paolodalprato.com/VT/MuseoChiusi2/

Rebuild and reloaded, again the "map_4.undefined" 404 error.
I've also the "includes/css" folder, I find also the "(url)/includes/index.html page not found" 404 error (obviously that index.html doesn't exist)

Hi,
This all sounds odd.
Can you send in your complete project into support so we can build it in the office and see what is going on?
This does not sound like the same issue.

I am bumping this thread because I am having the same issue when I upload my tour. Says it is searching for photoname.undefined instead of photoname.png
