Editing Stereo image "breaks 3d" upon rebuilding tour

After building a tour with L-over-R panoramas. I went back and edited a few of the src files, then rebuilt the tour. Upon viewing the resulting stereo tour, all nodes that I edited and that were rebuilt by pano2vr were shown only as mono 2D panos. It was only after I deleted the pano2vr tiles of the panos I edited to force a rebuild from scratch did stereo viewing return.
