Quickinfo Text for Button?

Hi all,
i have some buttons that open another url. Works fine.
As an additional goodie i would like to display some kind of "quickinfo text" that tells the user whereto he will go.
Early "sketchbook" for the project is here:

On the lower right you find some buttons that link to the "Schwimmoper", to some other public baths, to the "Unihalle", to some librarys. And there i would like to have some textual hinting to show the user towhere he will go.
Ani hints what to do in the buttons? Or must i use some other components from the skins?
