Hi,

i have a pano tour with embedded video. All ist fine and even the mask works well :-)
But the problem is: the sound has some delay. There is a offset between sound and video.
Is this a known problem and is there any solution?

Here is a link to the tour. The video is at the counter/ reception.

Thanks a lot!

Hi Kilian,
This is a Safari only issue, at least not seen with Chrome or Firefox.
To prevent this in Safari add the AC3 codec to your video.
You can use HandBrake to do this using the Preset, Apple 1080p 30, Surround.
Of course, you need to change the video size to match your video but the important thing is it adds an AC3 codec to the audio.

** EDIT **
Forgot to add the file extension will change for the video from.mp4 to .m4v.
You can still use this video file type and it has been tested with the major browsers, Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
