Hello!

I have multiple tours that won't display videos on the latest version of safari.
It's hard to troubleshoot it because i cant get access to the latest version of it, have anyone else had this problem?

If yes, how did you solve it? If no, any idea what the problem can be?

Best regards,
Jakob.

Hi,

I'm seeing a problem with a file called Broll.mov in both Chrome and Safari developer consoles. In Chrome it's taking forever to download and in Safari it's running into an error trying to load the resource.

I'd suggest converting the MOV to MP4. You can use Handbrake for this with a web optimization setting and get good results.
