best strategy for bi-lingual VR

I have a project with two languages, works o.k. in normal mode with language switch and showing different text through little scripts in the skin. however for VR this doesn't work, as there is no skin functionality. For me it's important i can at least show the label in the correct language (below the rotating ball hotspot that's shown in VR mode.). It now takes the value from the "title" field, which can only show one language.

With VR becoming more important, what's the best approach to achieve a bi-lingual situation?

As side question, Is there anything to change(apart from color) to the labels & fonts below the rotating balls? (for instance make them a bit less transparent)?
