Hello.

I am working with a tour with audio activated by buttons that plays perfectly on all devices except iOS, both iPhone and iPad. Is there anything extra that I need to do to fix the audio for iOS devices?

Regards,
Javier

I should add that I am not using a directional sound, only static and surround.

Try encoding audio to 160kbps in mono if you can, had the same issue some time ago
Using:
Pano2VR PRO 6.1.15 pro 64bit
build 18116/5.12.2

Windows 10 x64
Human Brain v1.3

Hello Chu.
Thank you for your contribution. I had the problem because if the Iphone calls button is off it cancels the audio of the virtual tour.

Spent four days building a tour, deleting all files from servers, building again, deleting again, building again....
Went on an errand and didn't want to miss a call that I was expecting and turned on my ringer. Returned to my iPhone 12 Pro hit refresh and it played.

For future users experiencing "iOS won't play sound" be sure to switch your ringer on. :D
