UK upgrade to Pano2VR6

Searched the forum and nothing popped up!
How do I upgrade from ver5 to ver6 pro version in the UK? I opened 5 up today and it said there is an upgrade available. So I thought why not. Downloaded opened went to pay for an upgrade license fee and it said I cant as you have yet to sort out your VAT issues. So I visited you alternative supplier but they dont have an upgrade listed.

But you have overwritten version 5 without asking me!

What happens now?

To get V5 back go to our download page and select Older Versions where you can reinstall V5.
But to upgrade please e-mail in to support.
