the preview image does not appear in a new 360 ° panorama, I am using the same skin (simplex_V6) from another project where the preview images appear. So it can't do with the skin. I hope somebody has a tip for me.

This is an image popup point hotspot, right?
If it's not linked to a node it can not work using the Node Image.
If you look at the ht_image components they do not have node images.

If you want to have the preview images of Tour Nodes, change your hotspot type to Tour Node/Tourknoten. As Martin pointed out your hotspots are currently set to type Bild/Image so it's linked to an image popup hotspot template in the skin rather than the node hotspot template.
