Aligning video to panorama

I have a TV screen in my panorama. I'd like to play a video on that screen.

I found this youtube video which seems to touch on similar things, but I wonder if there is a more up-to-date way to do this now?

I'm not sure what terms to search for so haven't found anything just yet...

HI,
The video covers embedded video, you need pinned video.

Embedded video has extra steps to blend in the video in the panorama.
A pinned video is placed on a TV screen as an example so blending is not so much of an issue.

Strangely Adobe Media Encoder is greyed out in Photoshop for me,
