First post
I've spent a couple of weeks learning the software, watching tutorials and searching this forum and have a few issues on my first built tour that I can't solve.
- I'm using png images for the floor plan and have the 'Simple Floor Plan' option ticked (I want the floor plan image to resize to the size of the container).
- The size of the container holding the 'map' element in the skin is set to 20% width and 90% height.
- I have got it working as expected for each level (tied to categories)
When the output is exported, the 'maptiles' folder is generated with 2 versions of each floor plan image.
'Image_1' is 128w x 517h pixels wide and 'Image_2' is 256w x 1035h pixels (original size).
However, the player always selects the first smaller image, which ends up being pixelated in the tour when viewed on large monitor.
How can I get the player to only generate the actual size floor plan image and only use that?
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for any help.

Hi David,
This is known and has been fixed for the next point release. Can’t say when this will be just yet but hoping it will not be long.

No worries,
Thanks Hopki.
I’ll manually paste the larger image over the one that the player is selecting after the final output is uploaded to the server.
