license disapears

I use pano2vr 6.1.10 pro. I upgraded to mac os 11.1. Now I have to re-enter the license every time I start pano2vr. I have already deleted the preferences, without success. How to fix this?

Hi Peter,
First make sure your entering the key from Pano2VR’s Preferences and not the welcome screen. If that does not work go to system preferences, security and give Pano2VR full disc access.
Restart the Mac and enter the key, again using Pano2VR’s preferences.

The welcome screen asks to enter the code, but this is not permanent, it must be entered in the settings, thats right. It works now! Thank you.
