Hosting error

I have just uploaded my 3D tour to AWS - copied the whole folder output across but keep getting an error message :
"Error loading panorama XML"
I have deleted and reexported and reuploaded several times but still get the same error message. The local host HTML works so I know the tour works ok.
Anyone else had this error message before? I have uploaded other tours to AWS and they have worked ok.
