Sample tour + radar?

Hi, I would like to present my tour (first one in flash) but I DO NOT UNDERSTAND the behavior of the radar.
If I switch between panos with hotspot, the radar is OK and if I start from thumbnails bellow, the radar stays on the first pano in the list.

I have an idea but must try it first.

The links below are normal panorama links. If you like to make this work you need to make several skins and adjust the radar manually for each one.

Thanks Thomas, I thought about it but finally I removed radar completely.
