Hi I was hoping there was an easy way to include an introductory video loop (15 seconds - not 360 degree video) at the start of the tour that takes up the entire screen - similar to this following tour created in PanoV2R by Estonian University of Life Sciences

Hi Hopki

Thank you for the reply and link to this previous tutorial on "animation" which looks amazing.

I was actually hoping there was a way to have an introductory "flat" video inserted as a stand alone file (mp4) produced in premiere pro with titles and drone footage etc. that would loop before entering the virtual tour.

The following example appears to have achieved this using PANO2VR but I am unsure how:

Hopefully this makes sense.

Cheers

Hi ficorfin,
The link I gave does this except for the video I am using is made from the Animation Editor.
In the skin look at the Video Element which has the skin ID: Intro Video Display, you will see the path to the MP4.
You can swap this out for your own video.
In this case, add your video as an asset, then point the Video to it.
The timer and text boxes are only to add a bit more polish to the project.

Hi Hopki,

I have followed your instructions above and successfully inserted a starting video.
It shows perfectly in the output on the Local Host; however, when published on my website, it is not appearing at all.
I just get a white rectangle with the first node showing slightly in the background. The words "Enter Tour" still appear.

Just wondering what I'm missing or if I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks and hope you had a great Xmas.

Hi Betina,
When I open the browser error console I am seeing the message 404 content can not be found.

Check capitalisation and remove any spaces, maybe use an underscore, so for example drone_movie.mp4.

Thanks Hopki,
I'll go back and rename the file as suggested and let you know.
