I've seen lots of discussion intro videos but none that talk about the problem I am having.
In the skin editor I've added a video element linked to a file. I want the video to play as an intro and then hide (and stop) after it's done. Everything works okay, but after the video completes and is hidden the video seemingly starts over again (although hidden) and I can hear the audio from the video in the tour?!
I have not uploaded the output so this is only on the local server (HTML).
Thank you

Hello,
I think you’ll have to search for a check box in the context of “offload video on hide” in the skin editor. I will look into it when I am at my Mac again, but for now may be this helps.
Good luck,
Kevin

Hi,
This seems a bit odd, when does it repeat the video?
When you change nodes?
Are there any actions to play the video?
Maybe share your support package as found under the Help menu, make sure you include your skin.
Also as a test, if you drag your video into a browser, does it play once or more times?
Regards,

Thank you @Hopki, I see you help a lot of people on here, hopefully you can help here. Sorry for the delay, we're getting very close to having a large tour launched and I'm down to troubleshooting a list of requirements and running into snags of course.
I've attached the support package. Just to reiterate, the intro video plays, then hides, then the audio continues playing and seems to be "disabling" the tour. Taking the video out of course solves it. But I also found that it doesn't seem to do it with shorter videos that are set to less than 50% of the screen.

Hi,
If the loop is deselected then it should not loop, if it is, then look for any actions that would start the video again, Node Changed or something similar.

hi Martin,
thank you for your hint.
The problem wasn't an action. It was the checked "autoplay" in the video-propertie.
I control the intro-video with actions "Config Loaded" and "Media End".
Since I uncheck "autoplay" it works well.
regards
Stephan
