Hi,

Yay! I just finished publishing my first VR test: https://lemaxilab.com/2020/07/12/vr-test/
:D

So, yes, I am very happy with the result!
I'm still facing one last problem though: my client tried to access the tour but his computer kept freezing after a while (he's using a Mac. I have no idea which model or O.S. version...).

How can I solve this? How can I make sure to avoid this problem in the future? :?:

Thanks in advance for your time and have a nice day!
Nicolas

Hi,

I took a look at it through the Javascript console and everything looks good, though it seems to take forever to find this graphic https://lemaxilab.com/wp-content/upload ... 50x150.png

I'd find out some more specifics on his device and OS, from what I can see you should be having any issues.

That's a lot of deep rumbling going on :D

Hi!
Thanks a lot for the investigation! :)

The whole process of bringing the project online (hosting, ftp...) was an adventure!

I wonder what this image is about: it's my logo but I can't seem to figure out where I've used it... Could it be the thumbnail preview?

I wish I could ask him more about his computer specs but I really don't want to look too amateur to him... :?

You mean the sound effect on the first scene? I definitely wanted to try a lot of things on this first attempt!

Again, thanks a lot for your time!
Have a nice day!
