Hotspot Hover

Hey Guys,


Is there a way of revealing the title on hover from a custom hotspot? As seen in the attachment, I would like just the number to be a hotspot and once the user hovers over that number, the title and orange background reveals

Hi,
Please the attached project.
The number needs to be put in the Hotspots Description text field.
Then the tooltip picks up the Hotspots Title which is using the User Data title.
