This isn't like the sort of marginally useful fluffware you see on "GiveAwayOfTheDay", these are always high quality products worth hundreds of £/$.
It includes Magix Video Pro X 11 (worth $399), which can handle 360 movies well over the usual 4096 x 2048 that most other software supports, it can work with 8k video, so should/might not have to downscale the 5.7k video output of many 360 cameras for YouTube etc. and inserting inside your panoramas.
Edit: Yes, it can handle exporting up to 7680 x4320 (which is bigger than the 7680 x 3840 at 2:1 ratio you'd need) in HEVC / H.265 format.
You may need the Free GoPro 360 Metadata Injector for oversized 360 videos, I've not yet tested uploading anything over 4k to YouTube, but with 8K video support it seems fairly futureproof.
Note that as it's last year's full version it also gives you the option to download ~8GB of templates, menus, transitions etc.
