Hi, is it possible to add some form of navigation menu in VR mode? Currently all I can do is sequentially hop through the links.

Not in Pano2VR 6, this is one of the features on the list for Pano2VR 7.
I don't know when we will be ready for V7 beta, we are still sorting out a few bugs in V6.

Have you tried using a floor plan map as your navigation in the meantime?
