Can I add a picture in batches and use the same location as a hot spot?

For example, I have a bird's-eye view with a panoramic view of various places below, and I want to add a hot spot that points to the bird's-eye view at the top of each panoramic view below.Or I can only add them one by one

You can use the Master Node if you're using Pro.

Add the hotspot in one node, then copy that hotspot. Enter Master Node (Tour > Edit Master Node).
Open List View and right-click the table, choose "Paste", to add the hotspot at the correct location. You can delete the other other (reference) hotspot.
Make sure it's a tour node type hotspots and then add the bird's eye view as the hotspot's target.
Click on a node in the Tour Browser to exit the Master Node.
Give it a test.
