Hi Hopki,
I have often the problem that some panos of a tour are missing the level menu in the lower right corner. It is always only a few, maybe 2-3 panos, the other of the tour are working quite well. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Or is it a problem with Google itself?
Here's a link to the tour (the 2 outside panos are missing the level menu as well as the first in the entrance area): https://goo.gl/maps/W2KvvmX9fPkrReLV8
Thanks for your help.
BR,
Ben

Hi Ben,
The way levels work is the connecting nodes need to be above or below the node you are in before you see the elevator icons.
Google also say must be within 5 meters.
So if you are outside this would be correct.
Also you can refine which panoramas should show the icons by only tagging the nodes by the stairs.
After all you don’t want your viewers to be able to go through the ceiling as this would be disorientating.
