Uploading tour Error loading panorama XML

Hi
New to Pano2vr. Followed the excellent instructions for creating linked panorama with Pano Lite. https://ggnome.com/doc/hotspots-link-pano/. All works well in browser on outputting. After uploading ggpkg to wordpress and loading pano I get 'Error loading panorama XML' when I click to go to next panorama. Any idea what I'm missing.

How are you uploading the GGPKG?

Are you uploading using the FTP method. If so, make sure all your output files are uploaded in the Wordpress folder.

Thanks for getting back to me. Just want to be clear. I've uploaded a number of panos as exhibitions for our organisation http://lanntair.com/creative-programme/ ... l-gallery/ using 'Add Media" these just required the ggpkg file to function.
If I need to upload linked panoramas do I need to upload other files as well as the ggpkg? If so which files? We have limited access to the site as we have a 3rd party maintaining out site.

Okay, then make sure all your paths are correct. Make sure, in the output, that the pano.xml is in the correct output folder. And the same with the HTML file.

You can test the package using our desktop viewer. If that works, but not on the website, then I would ask your web master to double check the files for you. Nothing should stray out of that original output folder.

Make sure all the cases of your files are the same.

I had exactly the same problem, when I had created a 'Garden.xml' but referred to it in Pano2VR as 'garden.xml'.

This is only a problem you will get with Pano Lite because in Pano Pro everything is contained within the single 'pano.xml' file.

Confusingly, everything works just fine when running and testing on my local machine, it just failed when I uploaded the same files to the webpage, when nothing worked.

Finally found someone else had a similar problem a few years ago on this forum, fixed it and was careful to not make the same mistake again.
