I have a user that is using PANO2VR on a new machine and this is what she describes as happening. "The images stopped tracking and I couldn’t move around the panorama. The program stopped letting me open it right afterwards, when I tried to save/refresh the file to see if it would run more smoothly. Now it just says the program is not responding whenever I try to open a Pano2VR file or open the program from the icon on my desktop."
We have tried to uninstall and reinstall but no changes. Even deleted everything out of the registry and then reinstalled and it seemed to work but the same results after a few minutes time. Could use some help figuring this out. The error only says that the program stopped working.

To help further:
What were they doing before and when the 'Freeze occurred.

Meaning ERR messages that you could screen capture and forward to forum.

How many times were you able to repeat the issue?

This is the process she has gone thru:

Before the freeze occurred I was linking a large batch of images together for a 360 tour.

I linked an image of the screen that I can get to before the site completely stops responding. I tried to take a screenshot of the error message that is shown right after I open the application, but it disappears once I open the screen snip tool. The error message says:
"Pano2VR - Panoramic Image Converter is not responding If you close the program, you might lose information.
--> Close the program
--> Wait for the program to respond"
I've waited for the program to respond before, but nothing happens even when I wait for an extended amount of time.

I can repeat the issue any time I try to open the application, because this is as far as I can go before the error message appears.

Hi,
Can you open Pano2VR, not open a project but just opening a new project?
Can you go to the Help menu and create a support package, then send it to the e-mail below.
It would be better to converse with the person using the software.

But Dave was right when reporting bugs you need to provide as much info as possible, even steps to reproduce the issue, this helps us reproduce the error which then we can look at.
But this sounds like something has got corrupt, maybe try an install just encase a file got corrupt.
