Clear the Multiresolution Filename Dropdown Menu

I've been playing around with the filename string for Multiresolution output and I have a bunch of strings in the dropdown. Is there a way to clear some of them out?

These are built-in so you can not remove them.
Been there a long time

But what about the new ones I'm making I can't seem to get rid of them either?

It is saving your naming conventions?
Can you show some screenshots?
If you open a new project and add an HTML5 output do you see your own conventions?
