Hello @Hopki/Ggnome,
What is the process to have external wordpress menu buttons to control a pano
So for instance a menu item on a wordpress page that can do the following on a pano in an iframe
1. Navigate to a specific node,
2. Pan/rotate to face a particular hotspot on that node
3. open the hotspot link in the iframe

There is an example here ( viewtopic.php?t=12660) by Tony but is there an HTML project on how to do this in wordpress?

Thank you.

Hi,
We call it Direct Node Access.
Please see: https://ggnome.com/doc/dna/
You can also use custom names.

@Hopki
thank you
There seems to be no info regarding accessing point hotspots directly. Can you please elaborate on this?
How does one navigate to a specific node and then open a hotspot on that node( say a url in an iframe) with an external website button?
Thank you.

Hi,
Direct Node Access allows you to open any tour node, it also allows you to open it showing a specific view.

To check my understanding you want not only to do this but to activate popup hotspot as well?
You can on config loaded and using a node as a filter change a variable which can then open which you want.
The problem is if the popup relies on mouse-over of the hotspot to get its data then this will not work.
As an example, the info hotspot needs a mouse over to read the hotspots title and description text.
If your popup has title and body text that changes by a variable then all good.
