Pinning images and video

I'm finding it very hard to pin images and videos accurately. Is there a knack to it? What about being able to grab each corner and pin it that way? Also, is there a way to hide the yellow guide overlay when pinning videos? I can't see what I am pinning too.

We have a solution to this in the next major update, I know it does not help you now but on its way.
As we are still working on V6 I can not say what this will be.
