Add background to PNG when Pop-up

Hello everyone, I have just finished my first project and I have a need that still don't know if it is possible to resolve with Pano2VR:
I added a pop-up PNG image to a wall, so the user can interact and open it. To make it realistic, the PNG has no background, so it seems perfectly integrated in the wall. The problem is that when the PNG is popped-up, should be better to have a background.
Is it possible to add an automatic background to the PNG only when it pop-up?
