I have a project that generates full scale HTML5 output correctly but when I generate output for VRTOURVIEWER all but the initial image are black. This happens if I view the output in Pano2VR. What could be causing this? Below is the link to the instructions I am using for the VRTOURVIEWER output. I am using Output settings for Single resolution.

Thank you

We're not seeing an issue here. Have you tried outputting to a new/different output folder? Maybe clearing browser cache?

Try deleting the entire output folder and regenerating the tour from scratch.

Yes and Yes. Thomas requested the input image files. I sent them to him yesterday and waiting his reply.

I tried that already and, unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem.

Still looking for some help. Thomas sent me a version of Pano2VR to test but it has issues too. It doesn't generate black images but it crashes during creation of the output and doesn't generate hotspots when I generate output for other tours. I notified him via email and his post on Facebook in the Pano2VR group but have not had a reply. This is really holding me up on some important projects.

To GGNOME:

I think I have verified that the problem is in the newest version of Pano2VR:

Panorama Tour Builder
Version: 6.1.7 pro 64bit
Revision: 17955/5.12.2
Build date: May 18 2020, 15:30:41

When I load the same tour on the same PC in this older version of Pano2VR I DO NOT have the problem with the black images, the missing hotspots in the HTML5 output and the crashes when generating output.

Panoramic Image Converter
Version: 6.0.4 pro 64bit
Revision: 17320/5.9.4
Build date: Mar 26 2019, 16:11:12

Please advise how this can be fixed in the newest version?

Thank you

Thank you so much for your help in testing! We've released Pano2VR 6.1.8 which should have fixed these issues.
