Google Maps Problem - Page Cant Load / Development Purposes

So as per the title, I've had to reinstall Pano2VR as I've got a new machine, and I've added the API key but still get the Google error - This page cant load Google Maps correctly. I've generated a new key as well but that didn't solve. Any ideas?

Hi,
Go to your Google Cloud account and delete the API key and generate a new one.
I have seen this before.
I don't know why or even how the key knows its not in the same build.
