How to create a fully responsive pop-up that will always display the content?
The pop-up must show a photo and text. On small devices the image and text should shrink so it still fits in the window, without creating any scroll-bars.

Like in this tour: https://www.masterartvr.com/vtour/3810#list-tours

With tutorials like https://tonyredhead.com/pano2vr/hotspot ... nd-iframes I can get the pop-up, but I get lost in the styling. What is the best setting in Pano2VR so the pop-up.

Does someone have a template and is willing to share it?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Is my question not clear enough?

Does somebody know a tutorial that covers this question?

Hi!

You might benefit from watching last week's webinar. Today's may also give some more insight on how to best achieve responsive design.

If you want to have popups like the example below, you might also want to watch the webinar on hotspots (and creating pop ups with polygon hotspots, like in the example you shared) as Hopki goes over this exact thing in detail.
