Cylinder panos

Is Pano2VR able to create cylinder panos? I load an image 10,000px X 3000px no problems. But when I create the Flash pano, I only get the greyscale preview screen and no full quality image. The filesize of the pano suggests there is no full quality image present as it is in the 100KB vicinity. Am I doing something wrong??

Sorry Thomas, I was using a beta version and not the current 2.1.0. Once updated all worked fine.
